Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping is available domestically and internationally, with costs and options shown at checkout.

Each ceramic piece is carefully wrapped using eco-conscious, protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. I am not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or postal disruptions.

 

Returns and Refunds

Because each item is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

That said, your satisfaction matters deeply. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include a clear description and photos of the issue, and I’ll do my best to resolve it through a refund, store credit, or replacement (if available).

Please note: I cannot accept returns for change of mind or general wear and tear.
