Dark purples, carbon sweeps, the warm breath of the kiln — all of it preserved in clay.
A Sencha cup that is also a moment in time.

Reduction firing on Japanese Arita porcelain. Exterior unglazed — shaped entirely by fire residues. Interior with a transparent satin glaze.
