Dark carbon drifts across the porcelain, reduction purples deepen at the shoulder.
A bowl that holds whatever you bring to it, and asks for nothing in return.

Reduction firing on Japanese Arita porcelain. Exterior unglazed — shaped entirely by fire residues. Interior with a transparent satin glaze.
