There is a quietness to this cup that draws you closer.
Purples and carbons drift across warm porcelain like smoke settling after a storm. The interior glaze catches light and holds it.

A Yunomi for daily tea, for slow mornings.

Reduction firing on Japanese Arita porcelain. Exterior unglazed — shaped entirely by fire residues. Interior with a transparent satin glaze.
