When are shop updates or restocks?
There’s no fixed schedule—usually I work in small, thoughtful batches shaped by the elements. Whenever a new collection is ready, I’ll share the news on Instagram [@john.mac_ceramics] and notify newsletter subscribers first. Sign up for the best chance to catch new work.
Why did the item disappear from my cart?
I'm sorry—that can happen due to how the e-commerce system handles stock. Once a piece is in another customer’s checkout, it's reserved and will disappear from carts even before payment. My best advice: be ready, quick, and intentional—it often sells out in minutes.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Occasionally. It depends on the nature of the project, location, and how it aligns with my studio practice. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to explore possibilities.
Can I pre-order a piece or request a custom commission?
Yes — I now offer limited pre-orders and commissions throughout the year.
If you’re interested in a piece that’s out of stock or would like to collaborate on something custom within my aesthetic style, feel free to reach out. I don't do inscriptions, colour swaps, or replication of past work — but I’m open to co-creating something unique that aligns with my materials, process, and values.

Is your work available in other stores or countries?
No—my pottery is available only through my own website, except when exhibited in gallery settings. If a gallery carries or will feature my work, I'll always share that via social media and newsletter.
Can I visit your studio?
Yes, if timing aligns. It’s best to email and ask, but please understand I receive frequent inquiries and my schedule is quite full. Visits are occasional and usually by arrangement.
